Outfit Post: I'm a hoot (and other punny things)

alright, I have a confession to make. This sweater was found in the child's section at Old Navy. I saw it, fell in love, saw that it was meant for children, and tried it on in an X-Large anyways. Then when it didn't fit, I went down a size and bought it in a Large. You guys, I fit into children's clothes. And I don't even have to wear their biggest size. Should I be embarrassed about this? Probably. I should also be embarrassed about the rediculous title of this post, but I think that part of my brain broke.

So, now that I've confessed, on to the outfit! I layered a sweater with a collar underneath to keep myself warm and wore over-the-knee boots to try and hide the fact that I'm wearing a kid's shirt. Fooled yet?

Owl Sweater: Old Navy // Chambray top: forever21 // Jeans: H&M // Boots: Thrifted // Bag: Spring
watch: Sieko // Bracelets: Forever21

Ps: Its getting cold here. So cold that I will soon have to figure out where the hell in my house I can take photos so I don't freeze to death. Le sigh.

  2. I totally thought this was an adult shirt. I've seen lots of cults wearing it, so don't worry. And I'm right there with you with the children's clothes. Hey, on the bright side, they're usually cheaper!

  3. You look amazing! I used to be ashamed of this, but I actually fit into children's clothes from Old Navy, too. I can never find proper clothes that fit but I went into ON one day and found a children's shirt I liked and bought it in a MEDIUM. It's all good, though.. it works for you! :)

  5. Think of it this way, children's clothes are so much cheaper than adult clothes. So you're just being economical :) Also, I'm obsessed with the fox sweater from Old Navy. I need to buy it before the sell out ASAP.

  6. I super wish I could pull off colored pants. I'm on the hunt for a good teal pair, but that's as daring as I get because it isn't too far off from denim colored

  8. I think they had an adult version, but the material was thinner and they were out of my size. I noticed that after and tried to get it in the adult version but....None left, haha.
