Outfit post: Sheer Geometric

It warmed up a little bit this week, enough that I was able to ditch my giant parka for a few minutes to take some photos. I recently bought this handbag, and I love it...I'll be posting a 'what's in my handbag' shortly, so you can see what the hell I carry in this giant thing if you're curious!

PS: I am absolutely in love with my 50mm f1.8 lens. Seriously, I can now take outfit photos right outside my front door because it blurs out the background so nicely. love!
Cami: Garage // Blouse: Dynamite // scarf: Ardenes // glasses: Derek Cardigan // Bag: Aldo // Leggings: Target // boots: the north face

  1. Oh hey there! I just stumbled upon your very cute blog. I love this outfit and you look adorable. Your hair! Gah! I can't wait for mine to be that length. You must be freezing in Canada right now... my poor parents got it bad and they only live in Ohio! Eeeeeep! Stay warm.

  4. This outfit is the cutest! I personally try to stick with clutches in my daily life because whenever I decide to rock a big purse, it ends up weighing 10 pounds and has EVERYTHING in it lol. Clutches help to simplify my clutter :)

  6. Thank you! They are fairly warm, but still aren't quite as warm as I'd like/need. Unless you live in Canada though, they'd probably so just fine! haha.

The photos came out really nice as well, and I'm a sucker for blurry backgrounds.

  13. hahaha, Its from Aldo and it was only about $50....can't speak for the quality 'cause I've only had it a few weeks, but Aldo is usually okay (bags from there last me a semester or more)

  16. I love this outfit! So cute! And I'm looking forward to your what's in my bag post. I always love those kinds of posts, especially when people carry around larger bags. I also tend to carry a big bag and I'm always wondering if other people carry the same kinds of things around.

  17. Love your glasses! I always end up carrying so much in my big bags that I can't find anything, but I definitely prefer them to smaller purses!

  18. Thanks! That's really nice to hear. After all we just picked a random "cool-looking" word from the dictionary and started from that. I'm starting to think it's too long though.
